”Lovely lil stay in the county. The place was super clean, stocked with basics (spices, oil, coffee, cooking supplies. The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of afternoon storms but perfect for a getaway. ”

”The place was so comfortable! The animals were cute and the views were stunning all the way around the property. I was nervous about the roosters waking us up, but I didn’t even hear them at all. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we hope to return again! Thanks Cody!”

”Clean and cozy old farmhouse on the river. The hosts were fabulous and so was the trout fishing on private land. The San Jaun mountains to the west offer hiking and biking. My boys expressed a desire to come back for multiple days next time and we surely will. Thank you for a great stay, wish we were there for more than 1 day!”

She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!”

”Adorable little cabin, super comfy bed and a porch with a beautiful view. Only downfall was the traffic noise from the highway but this also meant it was easy access to hit the road and head to the great outdoors. I would definitely book here again.”

”Our host met us as we were driving in - thrilled with the place we stayed at - awesome deck to enjoy out front and the views were amazing! Enjoyed relaxing on the deck and visiting with the host - an awesome property!”
