”Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better.”

”My family of 4 plus mother in law enjoyed 3 great nights at this home over the 4th of July. The house has 5 large bedrooms, which were perfect for our group. In contrast to other places we’ve stayed, the thoughtful hosts provided fans in each room and plenty of towels. Check in was a breeze. And the location is fantastic! The running water from the creek and river and all the area birds provided a relaxing backdrop. The house has a great location - close to Gunnison and an easy drive up to CB....

”Great place for after Christmas holiday. Quick walk to town. Wonderful restaurants and cute shops. Surprised that the most bars didn’t open until 3pm. House was perfect for my small family. Kitchen could use updated kitchen items such as spatulas, basic salt and pepper. So grateful the refrigerator had an ice maker which was turned on and ready before we arrived. Saw many deer just hanging out in the backyard. Beautiful area and would recommend again. ”

”Great place to stay with family of various ages. Elderly mother appreciated the low steps to property, step in shower and grab bar by toilet. Kids did puzzles and games with grandma and parents enjoyed the poarch sitting. Very clean, comfy king beds (and pillows) were great. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”
