”I liked my stay in that hotel, the staff was great even though they were overwhelmed by the crowd has there was convention happening in the GICC next door they were busy but they were very calm and friendly and able to managed us! The hotel itself don’t offer breakfast that was the only concern for me but you could go across the street in the other hotel to have breakfast! For Lunch and dinner they had a little sort of restaurant adjacent the hotel where you could find something to eat! Overall...

”Things we didn’t like. Room was too far from the elevator. We are both in our 70’s. When we arrived we were both too tired to go down and ask for a room closer to the elevator.
The shower was beautiful, but water leaked onto the floor.
The room was clean and the maid was efficient in cleaning and making the room up.
The host that met us at reception was very welcoming as were all the staff.
The entry was beautiful, the bar was full giving an exciting atmosphere to the lobby.
