”Booked a room online and paid got inside in person and the rude short young lady screamed me down that a Deposit was needed and online it said no Incidental Deposit was needed if paid online so her rudeness butt said that was nothing she was gona do about it and I left and canceled I will never go there again and it’s kind of funny how empty and scary the place is probably because of there no Hospitality!!”

”Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

”Do not ever get a room in the atrium of this hotel. Ours was 224. Just above lobby. Late night check-ins with kids running around screaming at 11:00pm and well as continual laughter from front desk all night. Could hear over the tv. Otherwise a nice room. Refrigerator leaked onto the floor. Beds clean. Breakfast good, just not much sleep.”

”We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. ”
