A button missing from the elevator, long scratches or cuts on the wall where people have banged in the luggage carrier, and the phone had a broken cord, so it did not work and you cannot call the desk on it. ”This was probably the dirtiest hotel that I e ever stayed in. The easy chair, in our room had stains all over it, the carpet is filthy (we had to wear our shoes the whole time). The hallways are not air conditioned, so there is a constant smell of mildew and staleness. The floors in the hallway feel like they are crumbling, underneath the carpet. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place was just dirty!”

Only complaint is the adjoining exercise room. Someone was playing with the basketball late night and it sounded like it was in our room. Next time I check in here or any other Best Western, I will ask for a room away from the exercise room. Not a complaint against anyone, it is just the layout of the hotel and something to be aware of.
