”Impressed”

”Excellent stay! This was the last hotel on a 30 day roadtrip and it was our favorite hotel for the price range. Beautiful interior and nice modern rooms. My son loved the window bench! I’d definitely recommend this hotel if passing through.”

”Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.”

”Currently undergoing refurbishment that, when completed, will make this a really nice hotel and great bargain. I would stay there again, but would recommend a better explanation from the front desk that the rooms - which are down a long corridor in what is essentially another building - would be more easily accessed by driving and parking near that building's door.”

”Friendly staff. Taylor parking is available large parking lot behind the building. Very easy for trailer access. Has cameras. Breakfast was slim pickings very disappointing.”

”there was a cockroach, our room wasn't clean when we went in to the room have pictures to prove it. had to go down to front desk to get toilet paper as the room had none. we didnt get towels had to go down to front desk to get some. also someone went to "clean" the room im assuming as they shut the air off and tv off but left the 3 full little trash bags that were sitting neatly by the door. we booked this because of the pool and the pool was down the entire time.”
