”We were generally pleased with our experience. We realize this is a fairly new facility and there can be some kinks to work out. The staff was helpful and friendly. We did not realize initially that housekeeping was every other day, which is not a problem for us if we know in advance. I would suggest the front desk mention in when you check in. ”The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned...
