”It was just ok. Considering the price its fine. The room was not as clean as expected with the good reviews I read on here. There was visible dirt and grime in all of the corners and even a pretzel on the floor. Our room was filled with the smell of pot at one point in the night. Walls were thin. Receptionist tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid thru Expedia. One positive is that the bed was comfortable. ”Room had bed bugs and they didnt refund my money so i had to file an insurance claim me and my family took a loss on alot of clothes and shoes due to me throwing away the things that could have contaminated our home i have video footage of the bed bug on the bed ”

”Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel...

”The room was not very clean. The sheets had stains on them. The walls were very thin and we could hear the next door people snoring. You could see people passing in the hallway because the doors were not sealed very good. The hotel smelled like smoke. The parking was very tight. And when I checked out there was no one there but a phone to use to call customer service, I told them which number I was checking out of and then 10 minutes after I left I get an email asking if we have left yet. ”
