”I booked a last-minute stay through Expedia and accidentally selected dates that were one day too early. I immediately tried to get help, but the hotel provided no meaningful support at all.
I called the hotel three times. No one answered. Their phone system asked me to leave my number and said they would call back within 24 hours, but nobody ever called. I also emailed and received no helpful response. Expedia also tried to contact the hotel regarding the situation, but the hotel still did not...
”Location was lovely right on the oceanfront. However, property was very tired and in drastic need of updating and some TLC, painting, etc. Room smelled terribly musty and needed to have windows open at all times to air it out. The sofa looked as if it had been picked up out on the street corner; furniture is very dated and not in great shape. Price felt out of line for condition of property.”
