”Overall fine. The wine opener in the room was useless and the one at the front desk was dead. Breakfast was good. Paying for parking always irks me…just add it in. Breakfast was good and is a real breakfast! Perfect place for families with littles(under 8). Sadly had to smell some pot but they don’t control who stays…”

”Location and environment great. The premises are fine, but the sounds from the inner yard can be easily heard in the rooms and some of the rooms are located so that the people passing by (outside) can see to the rooms. Additionally there was some drilling and other loud noises starting at 9 am. The staff was couple of times rude.”

”Overall a good stay, really cozy and cabin feel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Towels were replenished everyday. Beds were comfy. However the breakfast doesn’t give many options for those who can’t have diary or have some food restrictions only complaint is the breakfast could of been better ”

Their names were Jennifer, Sonia, and Haron, and I hope that you will let the Hyatt Regency at Del Monte know this. It made our stay so much more enjoyable, despite the difficult issues of the day!”
