”Cleaning uncomfortable rooms. I think there was a new person working at the counter. She could use some extra training to talk to people more kindly solid average hotel breakfast and a hot tub could be a little bit warmer, but overall the room was clean and comfortable and I really enjoy staying here. Shout out to the assistant manager she’s pretty cool.”

”We stopped on our way to Colorado. The first night of our trip to Colorado was fine. When we came back through on our way home, it was terrible. The manager would only talk to my husband. There was blood on the sheets. And, we reserved a king-size room months in advance. We were put in a double room without asking, and when we asked, we were told they only had 2 king rooms, and both were sold out. Shouldn't one of them have been for us since we registered and paid for the room before arriving?”

”Wonderful place to stay, room was clean and comfortable, parking was on street in front of property, staff was friendly. Love the history of this hotel! ”

”This place is a hidden gem. If you are ever near Kingman give this place a shot. The owners were nice and very helpful. The place is older but has been updated on the inside. Bed was comfy. I even had a recliner with heat and massage! ”

”Breakfast was average to below. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs. The rest was good. Pancakes or waffles would have been nice. ”

”The facility was very nice and clean. Room was a nice size. Parking was easily accessible. Breakfast had good options. This hotel is attached to a water park and a health club and the 2 indoor swimming pools, complete with bleachers, used by the health club the hotel guests also get to use. A very unusual option. The only negative thing I could find is that the coffee they offered to guests did not have any decaf option nor was there any decaf provided in the guest room.”
