”Was originally put off with the BROWN Paint on the external metal as it appeared old and rusted. I was incorrect, the place is new and the paint was new. Just an optical illusion. They supplied Fresh Bread and Local Jams. Being Country people they offered a warm welcome. Down stairs double bedroom, with door, Upstairs was Double Bed and Single Bed, in an open environment. Accomodation was immaculate with all the Kitchen utensils and plates and bowls etc. Great for a country get away”

”Loved the cottage and the grounds. Everything was easy. All amenities suitable. The location is quiet for those looking to get away from the city bustle. Carol the host is very helpful. Doggo loved frolicking through the lovely secure grounds. ”

”My daughter and I with our dog Charlie had a fabulous 3 night stay. Tiny home was perfect and exactly as described. Beds were so comfortable - including the fold out. We got meal packs which made it even easier. Charlie enjoyed the runs in the front paddock. Plenty of walks, sunsets and sitting around the fire. Family were in the other tiny house and they were separate for privacy and your own space but close enough to hang out together. We plan to come back. Highly recommend. ”

”What a cosy home in winter this was. With zero degrees outside the house was toasty inside with all the luxury mod cons you could wish for. Immaculately clean with great furnishings. Heated floor in the bathrooms and ducted air throughout. Ability to park off the street too. We will definitely book this again. Thank you to the owners. ”

”If you think the description of this property sounds good. Trust us. It's ever better. If you are looking to have a wonderful place to stay where you can experience Australia all around you, this is the place. Kangaroos in the yard, birds singing in the trees, a magnificent view across a largely undisturbed valley. The hosts provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus a lot of unexpected amenities. They are right up the hill from you if you need anything...and a million miles away...

”Isolated and very quiet. Lots of sheep surrounding the cottage. Very easy access to the Carcoar River Yarn Festival held that weekend.”
