”Good”

”Second time is the charm! I complained about the breakfast, chicken patties,no sausage or bacon, and "Viola," sausage/sausage w gravy. Granted, it is the typical Continental Breakfast food fare, but plenty of options and the area was well maintained. Kitchen staff were very accommodating and friendly. All in all, our experience was a good one and I like the close proximity to the I-49 on/off ramp. Will I stay there again? Absolutely!”

”Breakfast was not good at all. The oatmeal was thick and needed to be cooked some more. There were no fruits out even though there were baskets for them. There was fixings for yogurt but no yogurt. The eggs were cold”

”Skip this property. Impossible to get luggage to your room, no valet. Only parking available is street parking and a lot that is unsecured. I parked in the hospital garage 3 blocks away to keep my car safe. Checkin attendant was unkept did not welcome me. There is a full height plexiglass barrier between you and the hotel attendant. Could absolutely not hear a thing he was saying. Room was small, bed decent. The only bright spot for this property is the mirror bar, good cocktails and bartenders...

”Very clean room and just an enjoyable stay. The staff was also very thorough and kind.”

”Beds are very lumpy and hard. Need new pillows and the tub omg I thought I was gonna fall the taking a shower. Bottom of it was very hollow. You just have to be careful”

”Check in was very easy, staff were all working and cleaning the whole time we were there. Room was a little humid/stuffy. But overall good stay.”
