”I stayed at the Copley House whenever I go to Boston. I truly enjoy my stay there and the convenience to everywhere in Boston. There are so many shopping, dining, historical, entertainment options all within walking distance. The location is quite safe, as well.”

The property is old and needs to be more clearly described -- for example, "private bathroom" means a space reserved only for you - but at the opposite end of the hallway. Parking is very tight and needs to be reserved in advance - but it was not clear from the description. The third floor room without an elevator was ok for me but may not be for others. ”

”Showed up to check in in the middle of a noreaster, and even though I had my reservation information they said they did not have any reservations. Then they said that they had one room available though, but I would have to pay for it and then get the money back later from the original booking. Seeing as he seemed really stoned and the situation was really sketchy...I just left and found another reservation down the road. There were lots of them since it was late, snowy and windy with few...

”Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. ”

”In this european standard accommondation you do not need a car or public transportation - everything is in walking distance. Open parking place opposite the street. The suite was clean, light and spacious. Beds were good, big pillows. The personal at the desk was very helpful, polite and shiny. Minus: no small pillows, lack of kitchen equipments, mugs, plates etc. The host sent several messages during the accommondation. ”
