”If you’re staying here, I want you to manage your expectations. This is not a fancy hotel for the price you’re paying It is amazing. I really like that. They have a Wii in their lobby, a really good water dispenser, and lavender infused towels. If you want to visit Maui on an affordable budget, this would be the hotel. The activities area at the Center courtyard had Jenga, connect four and a pool. I strongly do not recommend going into the water at the beach there since it’s in the harbor. There...

”Really nice, clean, and friendly place! On my last day my flight wasn’t until the evening and the front desk staff kindly let me spend almost the entire day enjoying their beach even after I had checked out. I really appreciated their hospitality. Thank you!”

”This is not a hotel or motel. You need to slide open the gate in order to enter and leave the property. The grounds keeper was very helpful and a pleasure to visit with. Shared bathroom and very clean.”

”Absolutely loved our room. The kitchen was spacious and had all of the necessities. The best part was the lawn chairs, umbrella and tote bag provided in the room. Rooms large enough to relax and not feel so crowded.”

I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. ”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. But as it was, we slept great, listening to the sounds of the waves. The beach is great (much much better than some more expensive resorts), and having sunbeds on the grassy yard...
