”The cutest hotel in the perfect location on Maui! Close to lots of local cafes and restaurants, and the beach was maybe a 10 minute drive away. The room itself was super cute and tasteful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in Maui!”

”Liked - positive vibe, amenities frig, washer, ac, private room, onesie bathrooms with showers shared, activities, pancakes Needs improvement - fixing ac on room - tub pipe came out of wall - temp fix , no follow up, Supplying soaps to bathrooms in a timely manner - a couple showers without body wash for a couple days even though requested refills from staff on 3 Diff shifts Overall good stay!!!”

”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic. The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”It’s got an amazing location. It felt like they are letting the hotel go down a bit though. The staff serving the pool area was paper thin. Cabana rentals that use to be $500 are now $1700/day. Our room had a broken ceiling light we had to have a repair man do for over a hour and even after that it stopped working again. The tongs and glasses in our room had built up food grime on them. Wait times at restaurants were long to nonexistent there, even though they had plenty of open tables. Just...

”This was a nice resort. Probably a little more costly than it should be. Beautiful ocean view. No direct beach access which was kind of a bummer. Game room, Movie Room, Gym, Spa were all nice to haves. Bars by the pools, but not swim up. No real main bar other than in the restaurant…”
