”What a cool hotel, especially the excavated ruins below the hotel featured from the first floor promenade. From my perch in the very nice lounge off the promenade I had morning coffee admiring this historic setting. The coffee is good and it and water bottles are gratis to hotel guests. One caution though is that if you have a balcony room on the front side of the hotel, noise can be an issue. But we travel with a large bluetooth speaker so no problem for us.”

”We came from a family event in Acapulco, and had an overnight stay in the City before flying back to DFW. As a child I spent a lot of time in the city w/my aunts and cousins. It's been way too long. We certainly enjoyed the old historic district and the Day of the Dead celebrations. The restaurant on the same block - left out the front door was excellent. We'll be back. ”
