”Nice indoor pool. Large breakfast area. Clean and super friendly. Will definitely be back. ”

”The staff was friendly. The beds are very firm. The bedding had stains on them and looked like they had not been cleaned. There is a strong old food odor which goes through the whole building. The breakfast quality was average. Did have fresh bananas and apples. For the price not a very good value. The kids did enjoy the pool which was warm. Great location and the restaurant that is attached is very good. Nice to have an attached place to eat.”

”Property was very clean, smelled new. I wish there would have been an in room coffee maker and maybe some fruit at breakfast. ”

”Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom could use an update - may be time to remove the old telephone hanging on the wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, we would chose this hotel again when coming to Big Rapids.”

”The pool was enjoyable, but the hot tub was out of order. The pool area has a window to order from the bar. Breakfast was very bare minimum. There was no daily room cleaning. The staff at the front desk was friendly.”
