”Staff when we checked in was great and helpful! As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention.”

”Room was expensive considering there was nothing extra special about it. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast was okay, but we have had better at other hotels. Upon arrival, we were told our reservation had been cancelled, even though i had a confirmation number on my Expedia app & 2 weeks prior I spoke to an employee that said he wasnt able to even see reservations that were made on Expedia to confirm/deny/cancel them. ”They are updating this location which is a plus but during our stay the cable didn't work, the hot tub was an ice bath, and had to move to another room because the tub didn't drain. They didn't offer any special pricing either knowing that all these things were an issue. Was told the cable was out for a week already and the boiler for the pool area has been not working for longer. These are amenities that people are counting on especially if it is posted on the description of the property.”

”Efficient, kind desk clerk. But I won’t book there again. First room they put me in smelled like someone had thrown up everywhere. Maybe just bad filtering. 2nd room was better but AC rattled all night. Marks on the walls. Needs to be better maintained.”
