”We had a room, not a cabin. The room was small, and it would benefit immensely from more electrical outlets. I had high expectations going in because the ratings seemed to be really up there, but I hadn't considered or even looked for whether it was room or cabin that I was viewing. Mind you, it was not a bad stay, it was just a little less than what I was expecting.”

”The pool was out for 3 days. We had 3 small boys who specifically wanted to swim and it was a battle trying to explain why the pool would not work, etc. They had an agreement with a neighboring hotel to use their pool, but a hassle trying to take 3 little ones and especially when very cool outside to cross over.”
