”The pictures on the website were outdated pictures and did not represent the actual current state of the hotel. During our stay, noises from the room above us was very loud. It felt like the ceiling was going to collapse. Continental breakfast was as expected and staff was friendly. Important note: I don't invest time writing reviews when I travel, but felt others should be aware of this information before making their plans or reservations for this hotel. ”

”As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. When I called the front desk, he said all he could do was have someone...

”Our first impression was poor because the young lady that checked us in was confused about our reservation and scrolling on her phone the whole time. Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out.”
