”Clean room, friendly staff… unforeseen accident by the entry foyer… had to enter & exit thru the Ballroom area for 2 days… during checked out, we were promised, due to the inconvenience, either a free lunch at the Lambertville Station Restaurant or a future 1-day free stay… we opted for the free stay. Staff took down my email & phone number… so waiting for that call or email from them to make good with that promise. Let’s wait & see 🙏”

”I always stay at Hampton Inns bc as a woman traveling alone, I always feel safe on the property. I am accustomed to the good overall service , including the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Minor things were lacking at this Hampton Inn, Robbinsville, NJ: 1. Room not ready at check-in. Room ready at 3:20 pm. Parking lot indicated that the motel was fairly empty. Why as my room Not ready. ”Breakfast was a little disappointing. Pictures reflected fresh fruit (like blueberries and strawberries with the yogurt) and there was no fresh fruit. There was canned oranges and other citrus fruits, but nothing like the pictures of what to expect. Very disappointed. There was bacon that was in little scrap pieces that was not worth it and while there was a toaster, it barely warmed my English muffin after running it through the toaster 5 times or more. The A/C in the room was not efficient...

”Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. Location was very good for what I needed. We had hoped the campus shuttle ran more often on the weekend, but that was not a problem with the inn itself. Clean, though small rooms. Coffee in the room tasted terrible and coffee in the lobby costs $2/cup so I was very unhappy with that, but if that's the worst of it, that's not too bad. Would stay again for sure if anything brought me this way again.”
