”Room was spotless bedding was nice and clean fresh towels waiting for me as well as fresh packaged toiletries I would also like to say how impressed I was with the customer service from the front desk as I bought a new phone yesterday and as it was Christmas Eve I did not have a phone block for my charger cord the woman at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I was able to charge my cell phone so I had it for today”

”I haven't had breakfast yet but room was clean and quiet and bed was very comfortable although a little high. Only thing there was next to no shampoo, body washing gel, soap and hand lotion in the dispensers in the bathroom. Certainly not enough for two people....”

”Staff was great. Room was obviously recently renovated. Comfy furniture. Best heat in a hotel room in a VERY long time! We will stay again when in the area.”

”The manager of this hotel was amazing. Needed towels? No problem. Wanted a later check out? No Problem. He singlehandedly checked in three sports teams alone during out stay and it was amazing. The hotel is under repair but our room was beautiful!!! ”
