”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”The 3 tier property has an amazing view of the the lake. Beach access was nice to relax at and take in the beautiful scenery. Kids enjoyed the floating dock and swimming. ”

”Room was exceptionally clean. There were no problems - everything worked, nothing was broken. The upkeep was thorough.The staff at the front desk are the nicest people. I've stayed here twice and will come again. Very nice hotel for a fair price. There is a rooster that will get you to the breakfast room on time.The area is great - there are lots of good places to eat and fun shops to visit. ”

”We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.”

”It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again”

”Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. This hotel was our choice rather than paying a fortune to stay in Cooperstown. A nearby Walmart and eateries were a plus in this small community. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure great. ”Literally less than 300 steps from your room to the Hall of Fame. In the center of it all. Parking is in the back; check in in the sports store was seamless. (If you arrive after 6, Ainsley, the manager, will make sure you're able to get in). Highly recommend. you can walk to anywhere on Main Street.”
