”Reasonable”

”The room not ready when we there 4pm. They give us a room almost 6:30pm ”

”On check-in, the only person at the desk was on the phone with a customer (not her fault) for about 10 minutes or so. There was no side table on one side of either bed, only between the two, so whoever was on the other side was out of luck. Same with the electric outlets and USB plugs.”

”This is a very nice hotel. I was a little worried because I prefer the chain hotels, but this was very nice. The pictures don't do it justice. I would stay here again. I didn't have much contact with staff other than checking in, but they were perfectly nice.”

”Complete and full disclosure of my experience. I was very much looking forward to visiting this location based on the Appearance of the photos. Upon the initial booking of the room, I accidentally put in the wrong date. I sent a friendly note to the owners and asked if they had an availability for the previous day, which was what I had intended to book and they did not. They did not offer a reimbursement or credit towards the wrong booking date, so I decided to keep the date anyway since they...

”Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great.”

”We had very little to complain about it's a nice place vintage feel, and the wifi was down but fixed the next day all issues were handled pretty quickly however some issues like the shower needing an upgrade, and no instructions for the heater were the only negatives for my wife and I. ”
