”Clean room”

”Siisteys ei ollut niin hyvä kun olisin toivonut Hilton hotellilta. Edellisen asukkaan vanha pyyhe oli unohtunut huoneen vessan lavuaarin alle ja jonkun toisen hiuksia oli suihkussa. ”

”Two of my children got bacterial infections from the pool/ hot tub :( other than that we had a nice stay.”

”The property was in a decent and safe neighborhood but felt dated. My TV remote battery was dead when I arrived. No one answered the phone from my room. I needed to call the desk using my cell phone and then was told I needed to come down to the front desk to get new batteries. I did, she couldn't find any...”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. The ice machines were hard to find and they weren't working on the bottom two floors and wasn't make aware of this till long walks for nothing. should have been told at check in.”

”Not a good experience. My wife got stuck in the elevator due to a malfunction. Technicians came to fix it, but the elevator broke again afterward. We were very concerned about the safety and reliability of the hotel facilities.”

”I liked the accessible room we had but have two suggestions. In the bathroom, a shower wand "holder" needs to be installed closer to the shower seat. Also, another grab bar needs to be installed on the back wall closer to the shower. On 2nd day, cleaning staff exchanged towels but did not make bed. Is that standard procedure?”

”We hated that the restaurant was closed for renovations. The pool states it closes at 9 pm. They made us get out at 8:45 pm. We had 15 minutes left. New carpet needed. Very poor lighting in the parking lot. The staff was not very friendly. The entire hotel smelled musty. The elevators were trashy and felt unsafe because they shook really bad. The hot tub and pool area was very clean. Easy parking. Level one arcade ( extremely fun ) and the cinema is a 3 to 5 minute walk.”

”Great stay overall! The check-in staff was amazing, the hotel was very clean, the shower was great, and the A/C kept the room nice and cool. We also appreciated the dog relief area. The only disappointment was that the Kickback hour wasn't as good as at other Drury locations, but we'd definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be about disrespect of other guest which is out of staffs control. Someone was clearly smoking on our floor and there was a group of kids (assuming there for...
