”We had a fantastic stay at the Jungle House! There were wonderful little touches that made the stay magical. The house was incredibly clean and spacious! We enjoyed the proximity of the house to everything in Columbus, including areas we could walk to! We will definitely be back!”

”We live near this hotel and it is our go-to place to house our visitors. My husband and I stayed there March 14, 2026 because we were without power for 27 hours. We found everything top notch—especially the front desk staff. Highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites in Dublin, OH.”

”I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!”

”This spot was 5 min from where I needed to be. Hotel was even nicer in person. I stopped in for a burger after a long drive and wow did it ever hit the spot! Great service too! I was especially impressed when they asked how I wanted my burger done. When a burger can be done rare, you know the quality of the meat is good! Rooms were clean & comfy. I noticed the patio door unlocked and mentioned it to the front staff -- they made note and said they would ensure the housekeeping staff did not let...

”The staff was very friendly, the amenities were fine. We used the workout room, which was a bit small, but adequate. The breakfast had good options. The room was very clean, and comfortable, but the downside was that it had a repulsive odor, like faint, wet dog. There is no carpet in the room, so I'm not sure where the odor was coming from. Possibly the heating unit. We did not address it with staff, but probably should have. The elevator was broken, which wasn't an issue for us, but may...

”the internet was down , the room was disgustingly dirty, our lock was broken, we did not feel safe . it was in a bad area and it smelled like marijuana, and there were crumbs in the bed. we checked out a day early and were told we would get a refund and have not heard back in regards to it . ”
