”100% NOT recommend. 1) Failure of Essential Facilities: During our stay, there was no hot water available. Despite following the instructions and attempting to engage the hot water system multiple times, the unit remained non-functional. This was particularly distressing as it was midnight and I was traveling with my elderly mother, who was unwell at the time and required basic comforts that the property failed to provide. 2) Negligent Communication: The check-in process was highly...

”Great location! Beach was less than a minute walk. Place was super clean and comfortable. Great experience. The check in process was a bit of challenge, but as long as you call the number in the email they will direct you to check in inside the shopping center at the lottery ticket. Overall we had an excellent experience! ”

”The location was beautiful and insanely close to the beach however, the living room situation for 4 people is a bit uncomfortable if wanting to spend the night evening in watching movies with your friends. There is no big couch and it’s uncomfortable to not have a large living space for friends. The beds were also insanely hard and did not have the best quality of sheets as one of the beds has what looked like a hair and dead skin cells in it, we cleaned it off however. The water pressure is...

”There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. All in all, it was a beautiful space that was perfect for our party of 7 and I would...

”It was a great place with a great view. However, the number of spiders and other insects inside the house were a bit much.”
