”Spacious room, nice decor, great bath tub and shower, even comes with a variety of bathing salts. Thank you Ken for his help and restaurant advice. Also the night staff for helping the TV to work. Walking distance to all city sights. Just 10 min walk to Eaton Center. Will definitely stay again! ”

”Location costs, but the so called historic wing is just old and seen it’s best with paint coming off from door frames. No noise cancellation from the corridor. Bed was nice and comfortable. Check in was not a pleasant experience, no smiles or warmth and definitely not listening/ receiving mode from the guest. May be just East coast style.”

”A great hotel with a great location, right next to Yonge St. Wonderful, clean room with a king-sized bed and a small fridge. Helpful staff who provided us with access to the gym in the next building, too. The breakfast included, however, was very limited and, due to diet restrictions, next to inedible. Th coffee wasn't great either. But in terms of price-performance ratio, I believe St James is one of if not the best in Toronto.”
