”Such a nice hotel in a trendy area. Tram goes to downtown in a few minutes from the street in front, but several nice restaurants in a walking distance next to the hotel as well. Room was superclean and personal; own kitchen and roomy fridge. Rooftop teracce was nice add on to enjoy the warm autumn nights. I got easy parking each night behind the corner on a side street in residential area. I felt very warmly welcomed and the owner lady gave me nickle tour, passcode for the front door and good...

”Major disappointment compared to how the place is described. No staff visible at any stage; eg. to receive payment, which was to be made during stay. "Garden view" meant an unkempt concrete slab of a "garden" straight outside the room. Luckily, it could be hidden from sight with full-length curtains. Ants (small black variety) invaded the room when we left a glass emptied from tonic water on the bedside table while out eating. Fifteen minutes of killing/cleaning work was required - fumigation...

”Extremely clean and quiet. The “garden” in the rear of the property needs a LOT of work! However the accommodations make up for it!”

”Lovely three-bedroom townhome equipped with all the essentials. Comfort level is adequate for a long or short stay but could be improved (Bed could be softer) . Communication was functional but felt somewhat impersonal. Be aware: guests must dispose of their own garbage at public facilities to dodge extra fees. I was a bit annoyed loading up garbage in my car to dispose of it. That said, I could’ve opted to pay the $15 per bag which I just felt as a matter of principle I was wrong....

”The microwave was too dirty. The place smells like indian food and it makes our clothes smell like food. There are charges if we dont bring the trash bags outside. So we have to bring it with us in the car and throw it somewhere else. There is no temperature control which makes us really cold the entire stay. ”

”Previous stays so familiar with property. Lose the iPod radio and upgrade toiletries to minimize plastic waste.”

”Location costs, but the so called historic wing is just old and seen it’s best with paint coming off from door frames. No noise cancellation from the corridor. Bed was nice and comfortable. Check in was not a pleasant experience, no smiles or warmth and definitely not listening/ receiving mode from the guest. May be just East coast style.”
