”Check in staff was amazing. King suite was excellent for the price. Good selection of breakfast.”

That was all the effort they put into helping with the situation. The remote control cover for the TV batteries did not stay on. The doorknob on the bathroom door was coming apart. The window blinds need to be replaced; they have holes. The parking is a disaster. They should have planned more parking than landscaping. I don't usually...

”I cannot stress enough how clean the room was. The faucets were gleaming, nary a smudge on the shower door and a floor that I didn’t mind walking on with my shoes off. Absolutely spotless. The real kicker is that this was a “pet friendly “ room. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that allow pets, and they always give the worst rooms to people with pets. Not so here at the Hampton Inn in Redmond OR. I highly recommend this property especially if you have to travel with pets.”
