”The room smelled like mildew and smoke. There were two beer caps under the bed , big in the shower (can’t really help that I get it) but mold in the shower . Was not a 7.4 rated hotel like Expedia said.”

Front desk was not very helpful. Immediately reported to them and they stated it was a simple mix up. While attempting to calm down, I witnessed 4 cockroaches climb out of the tub. ”Jessica at check in was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast fare was better than I have seen at hotels chains "above" RRI. Minor issues: ice machine out of order, banisters could use a coat of paint and the doors to the rooms do not shut easily so one must pull hard causing slamming. Again all minor. Beds super comfortable bathrooms immaculate and commons areas also great. The lobby even smelled like a spa. literally 5 minutes from Hershey Park”
