”It’s a little out of downtown town, but that’s not a ‘show stopper’. The staff was very accommodating and the common areas and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was vey good, bur wished there had been some fruit.”

”when we first got there i felt the location of the hotel was nice. the view from even the front was good and it's right next door to al's oasis. our room was clean. super clean. as a housekeeper myself at a whole different location and town - it wasn't missing any amenities or towels or anything. bathroom was super clean too. quiet place. it was nice.”

”Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to suit anyone. But the AC in the room was around the corner from the beds and it was very warm in the room until wee hours of the morning. I would consider putting the beds on the wall where the tv and closet are, so guests could get some cool air.”

”This is my FAVORITE place to stay. Clean, friendly, and just comfortable. The scrambled eggs are probably the best on the planet. It’s always like coming home to stay there and see these good folks.”

”The staff tried their best to accommodate a situation where the lock to the room was malfunctioning and also offered to move rooms. That said, the morning breakfast was terrible. On Sunday, many things were out of stock, no plates, and the person working the breakfast could not have cared less. In fact, the man taking care.of breakfast seemed to be quite put out with any requests at all. Very disappointed and will not be back.”

”Affordable, wonderful friendly staff, had the essentials. Perfect for a stop in the middle of a long journey. Super comfortable beds for a hotel! The best sleep we got all trip. Extra plus for being pet friendly, though it didn’t apply to us this time. Only negative, it’s an old and aging property. If you can set your vanity aside, it’s a good stay!”

”The room was clean. Perfect size for me a Solo Traveler. Barb was great. And the food at the Prairie Dust Bar was so good, and so close. I highly recommend staying there.”

”The room had odor. Could not change room (fully booked?). Our room was emtied, while we were eating breakfast at 9. Checkout time was 11.”
