”Good hotel in the middle of things in Luzern. Was there just for one night for business, but everything went really well. Clean, bed was comfy, check in and out fast. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was included in the room price. There was a selection of soft drinks. Would stay again!”

”Nice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel. As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.”

”Luzerniin tutustumassa ja tämä hotelli sopivan matkan päässä keskustasta. Auto hyvin parkkiin pihaan. Respa auki vain klo 22.00 asti, mutta soittamala saimme sovittua avaimen jättöpaikan; ulko-ovella puhelin, josta saatiin lisäneuvoja ja ulko-ovi auki. Erittäin ystävällinen respa.”

”Siisti, mutta hieman kulahtanut huone. Huoneessa voimakas pesuaineen tms. haju. Pyysimme toista huonetta, mutta siellä sama juttu. Laatuun nähden sveitsiläisittäin normaali, eurooppalaisittain kallis hotelli.”

”I got one of the older single rooms which was not very comfy. Small bed, not enough lights, small toilet etc. It was however clean. The newer double rooms seemed much nicer so would book those if I would stay here again. Swiss Hotels are unfortuantely overpriced so you get less for a lot of money in comparison. The Breakfast in this Hotel was rich and good and the staff helpful and pleasant. The Hotel also gives you a free ticket to use public transport so that is very nice. The Hotel is also...
