”Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight.”

”This place is beautiful and easy to find and it’s a great place overall, but if you are staying on a lower floor you NEED the earplugs left for you. Without the earplugs, I wouldn’t have slept without them and thankfully they were provided beside the bed. ”The place was lovely. The area was not great. However it seems to be an up and coming area of town. And we didn't go for a great view we went to see Nashville and that was a short uber away!!”

”The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

”Room and everything was nice. Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.”

”Studio 154 was an excellent choice for a hotel in that area! Everything is within walking distance and the hotel itself is clean spacious and full of amenities! It is a diamond in the ruff!”

”The place was not actually same room as pictures, a bit worn out but the location was good, the rooftop lounge and pool makes up for it. The room itself… carpet stains and sofa. The washer and dryer was nice to have, we did use it. We should have ask for an updated room like in the pictures but we did our check in too late. It’s a huge building some stay there as rents, ask to be on 3 floor where the lounge and pool is. The staff there is nice too. I would consider again staying.”

”The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part. This home will be a high contender to stay in again!!”
