”Stayed for 3 nights for a city break and to watch a competition. Nice hotel, centrally located. Very nice staff and clean rooms. ”

”Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay...

”Breakfast buffet was nice and rooms were clean. However, the general attitude of the staff was somewhat ignorant, which was highlighted by the total ignorance of the restaurant staff especially during breakfast times. Not very busy but staff did not say hi, did not offer any of the breakfast menus to order nor did ask any other preferences. Incredible for this price level hotel. Reception staff was more responsive yet far from friendly or actively helpful. General standard was way below the best...

”Hotelli aamiaisbuffet oli tosi hyvä ja hyvällä paikalla ylimmässä kerroksessa , josta hienot näkymät yli kaupungin. Hotellin henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja auttavaista . Hieno juttu , että oli myös sauna , mutta se vasn pitää tilata 3 h etukäteen . Tosi mahtavalla paikalla Kiovan keskustassa . Noh , kyllä suosittelen”
