We did have a couple of incidents with our taller son's hitting their heads on some of the really low doors in the house...after a few times, they paid more attention and it wasn't an issue. I am not sure if there have been cats in the house or just because it is an older home, but a couple of our kids had horrible allergies while there. The house is clean, they provided infant seats / high chairs for our little ones, and had toys for the kids to play...

”We stayed here to visit Capitol Reef Np. The cottage had everything we needed and was clean with comfortable beds. Loved the views and was nice watching the snow storm come thru during our visit. Host was very responsive and helpful”

”Great spot. Seems to be used mostly as a one night stop on roadtrips. If you're staying longer you'll need to bring the basic cooking supplies like a cutting knife/board, oil, ect.”

It was very clean and tidy, modern interior design/decor, there was space for our clothing (we had been on the road for 1.5 weeks and some rentals had no room to put our clothing), Linda (our host) had everything we needed including bowls, treats and poop bags for our pups + coffee, tea, soda, water, etc......

”Super clean place with all of the essentials (table/cookware, bedding, wi-fi, plentiful hot water) AND at a sweet price! We were passing through on the way to Zion with our littles and had no trouble getting comfortable for the evening and preparing for the day ahead the next morning. Even enjoyed some unexpected natural gems in the area like the Monrovian Creek Canyon Trail. We would quickly book this again when in the area!”
