”My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary trip here. The location is great - quiet and peaceful, yet close to town. We loved watching the deer (even two little babies) on the property and relaxing in the pool. The cottage was perfect for the two of us! Steve was also a great communicator. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!”

”This sweet tiny home allowed us to attend a college reunion and explore Charlottesville and surroundings areas. Owners were very communicative and gracious. Home was nicely decorated and appointed well, our only complaints being that quite a few bugs got into the home, entry carpet wasn’t the cleanest, interior space was tighter than expected and parking space being away from the home made unloading and loading a bit of a deal. Aside from these issues, we really enjoyed our stay. ”
