”Everything was great, except there was no hand soap in the bathroom. I like the convenience of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, but no hand soap is really a problem for me.
Also, it would be nice to have two regular pillows that would work for people sleeping better. The pillows are two many, not comfortable and do no support our necks. Usually, I bring my own pillow, but forgot it this trip.

”We were welcomed by a welcoming and cheerful woman at the front desk. We were dissappointed the pool and gym room was not open longer, especially on a weekend. We also didn't know we had to ask for a privacy door hanger. A maid was about to enter our room an hour prior to checking out and the staff did not provide new coffee cups so we had to use old ones and one day only had 1 cup. We would go back as we learned that is not the policy the hotel wants guests to deal with.”
