”It was my 1st and last time in this hotel. I had a booking for 6 rooms and they charged me for 9 rooms. Hotel was blaiming hotels.com and hotels.com was blaiming the hotel! I don't know who's fault it was but neither of them cared about that! :[”

”The pools were both closed as th fitness center. Staff didn't address when asked why not listed . Breakfast no bagels both kid cereals. Toilet broken in two different spots. Roked from floor and toilet seat not screwed right so it also moved! When told she said we'll get that fixed. Sorry.”

”only nice person was housekeeping.front desk person did not simle or anything was very cold. do not spend your money here. booked 5 rooms only 2 towels four pople perroom. breakfest 2 slices of white and wheat toast no bagels or juice no extra beds@24 hour business center no no fire alarms. back door was fence in with barwire and the list goes on.”
