”I really enjoyed my stay here! Check in was easy. The staff was 5 star service. The room was clean, spacious, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. I wish I could comment on the arcade, but I didn't use it. It looked to be a decent size. My favorite part was the family style breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. A must before you go! The pools and spa's were pretty awesome, too. I was on a family trip with my sister and her kids, but my nephew ended up sleeping at my hotel...

”This place has the worst bed bug infestation I’ve ever seen in my life and I used to live in NYC. The staff had clearly been told this before and didn’t care. They refused to refund me even though I only spent an hour there and offered to give me a gift certificate for another stay, but I will never set foot in there again and would recommend you avoid it at all costs. The staff are well aware of the infestation and DO NOT CARE that it will spread to anyone who stays there. DO NOT STAY HERE.”

”Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue.
