”Terrible check in experience. I arrived late, just wants to sleep after a long day of travel. The bar next door has super loud terrible karaoke, the place was dark, they didn’t have my booking accounted for, it took them over 40 minutes to figure out what to do, they called some guy on the phone who spoke to me in a bad tone, and then they paid for an uber to move me to another location over 5 minutes away (at almost 1am) when the main reason I booked this place is because it was right in front...

”The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. The room was maybe a little bit worn out (mainly the kitchen) but it didn't bother us. Super quiet. Part of the reception staff would maybe need an improvement in their attitude, a few of them were not very welcoming and it seemed that they were not very keen on resolving the customer's questions. After all many times the quality of the customer service is what makes the difference.”
