”Our flight arrived very late. The staff were very responsive for getting us check in info. I was really bummed we basically only got to crash here because it’s a very cool hotel with retro decor and comfortable rooms. I had a great sleep before heading toward Glacier.”

”We tried calling because our flight got cancelled due to mechanical issues, so we needed to cancel the stay and get a refund. They said someone would call us within 24 hours. We never got a call. I tried calling again, they said the manager wasn't in, but once again, someone would call us back. Never did. I paid for a hotel we never stayed in, and then was ignored by management when trying to get the stressful situation dealt with. Will not be booking with them in the future.”

”It is a beautiful hotel. Loved everything about it. Each floor had pictures and items you would see in a museum. They didn't have their own parking lot but street parking was fine. I will absolutely go back.”
