”Only it's isolation from other attractions, restaurants etc. is really a disadvantage. Cazenovia NY is about 30 minutes away and is a lovely village with many attractions.”

”Clean, and quiet. Stayed for a weekend with my mother and we were very pleased. A perfect place for families to stay. Wonderful place! Austin was a wonderful host and greeted every guest by name. Highly recommend and will stay again!

”Clean room, beautiful setting, congenial owner. Overall, a very positive experience staying here for four days. I think we would have enjoyed connecting with the owners/operators more. We were made to feel right at home. This is a wonderful spot to stay if you're in the area.”

”I will be staying here when I return to the area. From the staff to the room to the grounds it is evident that the family runs this place with pride. I meet a few of the family members and they were friendly, helpful and a great to talk to. There are 2 historic homes beside each other in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds behind the homes are well maintained with birds and deer in the mornings.”
