”This is a lovely space, walking distance to downtown and NAU, with plenty of room for everyone in our group. The offstreet parking was so convenient. The host was easy to communicate with. We had a great stay.”

”Good location with a great view from the deck. However, we experienced property management oversight with this rental, such as sink erator/disposal not working, unclean iced up freezer, and the kitchen not stocked-up with essentials, especially if you’d like to cook. The shower/bath tub was clogged (not properly draining), and lacking privacy in the bathroom (no window covering) from the neighbors property.We’ve shared these issues to the host with hopes this brings to his attention, and would...

”Very friendly, responsive hosts! Beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful. Wish my family and I could just live here forever! VERY pet friendly! We decided to use our own bedding and cover the couches with mattress protectors - which worked out very well. Back yard has multiple entrances which makes it very convenient for letting the dogs outside! Our dogs really loved laying under the bush in the clovers haha”

”Everything was perfect for our purposes. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony was very comforting. The only issue would be that we had to go buy toilet paper (Saturday afternoon) and garbage bags because there wasn't enough for our stay. We listed 8 people, but only 5 were able to show for the stay, it was surprising that we ran out of toilet paper in less than 24 hours. Other than that, the place was great and we would stay there again if the occasion arose....
