”Very basic and comfortable place to rest. This motel is on a very busy and loud(SUVs and motorcycles) corner at the gateway to the American River Rec. area. It is a very short stroll to Auburn historic downtown with pubs and excellent restaurants. It was Uber clean with a great shower. Somewhat worn but, again, location was excellent and wonderful helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.”

”Great location for someone wanting to be close to Lake Natoma to paddleboard. It’s about 15-20 mins from the mall and the outdoor shops. It’s across the street from historic downtown Folsom. Shops close early but the restaurants and bars are open late. The hotel is old but it has charm. The rooms have always been clean when we stay and the house keeping staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning ladies are always in a good mood and welcoming. There are other hotels a few miles away but...

”The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.”

”There was a little problem with the parking being near a flight of stairs as my aunt uses a waker. A bigger problem was the TV did not work. The electricity was off in the morning. It went off at 6:45am was still off when we left at 10:30am so the was nothing hot including coffee for breakfast. I was told I would recieve a discount due to tv not working. Still have received no refund and it is almost a week.”
