”The welcome we received was outstanding, with welcoming bubbles, goodie bag, and room upgrade. The cocktail lounge is beautiful, with a range of drinks to match. The food in the Peacock dining room was top of the line. The extra surprise was the sauna and plunge pool. Fabulous!”

The room was outstanding and I really appreciate how even though I arrived outside reception hours, I was greeted by a staff member within 5 min and my problem was resolved with no questions asked. ”Easy and quick booking. The set up was cosy and comfortable. Very clean and well kept, everything was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Had good facilities. Easy afterhours check in and information on where to locate the key. I met a staff member when i dropped off my key, and he was very friendly. Overall a very great experience. ”

”The room was clean, quiet and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. We didn't order breakfast so cannot comment on that. We had stayed here a number of years ago and weren't happy with the state of our room, but this time we couldn't fault anything and will definitely stay here again.”
