”Unfortunately, when I checked into this hotel, I was supposed to have a suite with two double beds. They gave me a king bed and a pullout couch and attempted to bring in an extra mattress and lay it in the middle of the living room floor. My girlfriend used the pullout couch, which had a huge bloody stain on it. I walked around the room for five minutes and a brand new pair of white socks turned black the water pressure if you use the water downstairs the water upstairs would cut off half of the...

”Clean room. Very helpful staff. Supermarket and plenty of restaurants/whiskey bar walking distance . Safe location close to the airport. Bed was very comfortable. The only con - No refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold.”

”This was my first time in Guatemala City and the hotel had a good location but there were few details in regards to the property that were no so good I am a coffee drinker and to find out the coffee machine it was broken at my room in the morning was a disappointment then no small towels to dry your face, hands and the extra small towel to put outside of the shower so when you step out it avoid to slipping from the wet floor since the showers don’t have doors, it was another disappointing detail...

”It's close to the airport, about 3 minutes away, and near the zoo. Overall it's fine for one night. We stayed two nights and couldn't sleep because of the heat — the room didn't have air conditioning and out of the 3 windows, only one could be opened. And the noise from cars on the street makes it hard to sleep. For food nearby, there's only a food cart around.”

”Small hotel 1 minute from airport. We had room on top floor. In the middle of the night I started hearing a DRIP DRIP sound.coming from the other bed, It was raining, so I turn my phone light on and aure enough the roof is leaking on the kids bed, on my 9 year old. So I put him in my bed at 4 in the morning. Hotel staff apologized but that doesn't help much”
