And they shifted to Hotel Garden Park which was approximate 2 kilometers from the Hotel which we booked.”

”We arrived with our 2 tired kids late and there was lots of confusion, which was made worse due to the language barrier. They had over booked and didnt have a room. In the end we were given a dirty room with only 3 beds which we had no option other than to take it, we had to get a flight in 6 hours and our kids were wrecked.
