Later when I wanted to leave my room, the door wouldn't open. From inside! Staff were helpful in resolving it, but they should get it serviced. TV... I would have like a face towel and not just the bath towels. No stirrer in the coffee/tea kit. Toilet paper roll nearly over, but no ready replacement. I shouldn't have to ask for all these. ”The facade of the hotel is nothing like the picture ,it is in a slum area ,the stairs are that narrow you can hardly get up them,I booked a deluxe room but was shown to a room that was an internal room with no window the room was smelly and all sorts dusty .I have contacted ebookers with a view to getting a refund but with on luck yet ”

”location is not mentioned correct in GPS, city is not correct as well. be very careful. it took a very experienced taxi driver forever to find this hotel due to a wrong address, and its location and on top of that, it is not owrht living there for free, as way too many flies and insects and bugs for hotel being situated around trash and dumping grounds. if you don't care for any of that, by all means go ahead, but there are so many hotels in main mumbai center lot cheaper and cleaner, make...
