”The hotel needs a little freshing up. The room was super nice and clean. Facilities ok. Really wanted a sunbed but there wasn’t any. Also pool towels missing. The pool water not that fresh. Over all the pool area was dirty and not taken care of. Hotel staff were amazing.”

”They are in renovation mode now but I will stay there again because it so easy to go where I need. The staff were so gentle and friendly. My room was totally clean and new so I loved. Even though they are in the middle of renovation there is no problem at all for me. Just book it and be happy. ”
”I could do with cleaner sheets, mine had yellow spots right in the center of the bed, and even a small burn hole on the fitted sheet which was just off putting at a hotel of this caliber but over all everything else was great. Sheets are just an ocd thing of mine. ”
”This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...
”The apartment was clean with all the amenities listed. My only pet peeve with the inside of the apartment was not having blackout curtains in the bedroom like in a hotel.
For the apartment building it was lackluster which isn't a big deal. What was a deal breaker for ever going back was that the elevator and halls of the apartment building was filled with the stench of animal urine. ”
