This luxury tri-level townhome in West Ketchum has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. A brand new central air conditioning system was installed in 2025.
As you enter the townhome, there is a hallway to the right with a full-size bath, a single-sink vanity, and a shower. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet. Down the hall is one of the 3 bedrooms. It has twin twin-size bunk beds and 36 36-inch flat-screen TV. Access to the one-car garage is located on this level.
On the second floor are the open living quarters with high ceilings for great light. The living room has a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a ceiling fan. The kitchen has granite countertops and is large and spacious, with 2 bar stools at the countertop. The dining table seats 6. Off the dining area is a small deck. The second bedroom is located on this level with a Queen bed and a full-size bath with a double sink vanity and a shower only.
On the upper level is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and access to a small deck with 2 chairs. This room has high ceilings with great light and Mt Views. The bathroom is large and spacious with a 2-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. (The sunken jetted tub is out of order and cannot be used at this time.) There is a large walk-in closet as well.
Complex Features: Deer Run is close to the bike path, about five blocks from the lifts, and about seven to eight blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate on the bike path to the River Run Day Lodge. The area offers a free shuttle that stops about a block away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
